HISTORY
Green Street Wealth Advisory, LLC (the Firm) was organized as a limited liability company in the State of Rhode lsland in 2015. The Firm commenced offering investment advisory services in 2017. The Firm provides customized investment management to individuals, corporations and other business entities.
The Firm does not act as a custodian of client assets. The client always maintains asset control. The firm places trades for clients under a limited power of attorney. The Firm is a limited liability company the interests of which are wholly-owned by David R. Di Censo.
TYPES OF ADVISORY SERVICES
The firm provides ongoing investment advice and recommendations to clients based on their individual needs and circumstances. The Firm works with each client to identify their investment goals and objectives as well as risk tolerance and financial situation in order to create a portfolio strategy. The Firm evaluates and recommends securities for inclusion in client portfolios only after applying their internal due diligence process.
TAILORED RELATIONSHIPS
Each individual’s situation, goals and desires are different, and the Firm’s recommendations are based on the client’s financial situation, family status, ethical concerns, and other personal considerations. Once the appropriate portfolio has been determined, the portfolio will be continuously managed based on the portfolio’s goals and on each client’s individual needs. Each client will have the opportunity to place reasonable restrictions on the types of investments to be held in the portfolio.
TYPES OF AGREEMENTS
The Firm enters into Investment Advisory Agreements only. See below.
- Investment Management Agreement
The Firm enters into Investment Advisory Agreements with its clients whereby the Firm provides investment advice to clients and implements that advice by means of a limited power of attorney allowing the Firm to trade in the clients account held at the custodian (usually TD Ameritrade). - Retainer Agreement
The Firm does not require retainers. - Financial Planning Agreement
The Firm does not enter into separate, stand-alone, financial planning agreements. The Firm may provide financial planning services as part of an existing investment advisory relationships with a client. - Tax Preparation Agreement
The client and his/her accountant are responsible for all tax preparation. - Hourly Planning Engagements
The Firm does not enter into hourly planning engagements.
ASSET MANAGEMENT
Under an Investment Advisory Agreement, assets are invested primarily in common stocks, corporate bonds, municipal bonds, mutual funds, and exchange-traded funds, through TD Ameritrade or such other custodian as the client chooses. Investments may also include: warrants, commercial paper, certificates of deposit, U.S. government securities and obligations, options contracts, futures contracts, and interest in partnerships.
